You want to book a transport to the third party for a fee:
​You are insured under the health insurance scheme: your beneficiaries can benefit from the reimbursement of transport costs if:

a medical prescription specifically certifies that the condition of the patient justifies the use of the indicated means of transport
​
the choice of means of transport is explicitly mentioned on the prescription
​
the person is required to travel to receive the care or medical examinations or examinations appropriate to the person’s condition
